Sandy Wilson is the Missouri HMIS Director with Institute for Community Alliances. Since 2005, she has administered the MOHMIS Network that has grown under her direction to support the Missouri Balance of State Continuum of Care, the Springfield CoC, the Joplin CoC, St. Louis City CoC and St. Louis County CoC. Ms. Wilson has served for 12 years (including two years as Chair) on the Missouri Governor’s Committee to End Homelessness, which has evolved into the state’s Interagency Council on Homelessness. With expertise in project management, policies and procedures, stakeholder and vendor relationships, and data migration management, Sandy also draws on provider and management experience in child abuse prevention, domestic violence programs and sexual assault services.
Sara is the director of service line development for ProMedica Total Rehab. She has been a director for ProMedica for 18 years and in her current role since 2013. She was instrumental in the go live for the ProMedica system in 2013 on Medilinks CS for 25 sites. She also took the lead recently in the addition and upgrade of 30 sites to Medilinks.com.
Sharon Bock joined Allegiance Group as the marketing manager in 2016. In her current role, she develops and implements marketing strategy, brand management, social media and client communications. Prior to joining Allegiance, Sharon had 15 years of marketing experience in collection services and the financial industry.

Sharon is a former ACHC and CHAP surveyor, In her consulting firm, Sharon and her team of RN’s assist homecare and hospice agencies in providing quality, meeting regulations, ICD-10 coding, OASIS, increasing outcomes and Star Ratings, and having continued survey readiness. Sharon and her staff perform ICD-10 coding and OASIS reviews, QAPI, clinical record reviews, mock surveys and help agencies across the country stay in compliance. Sharon is a regular speaker to education companies, state and national associations and publications. performing Medicare deemed surveys for ten years. Sharon has been in the homecare and hospice industry for over 30 years.
Rehab Product Manager
Shawn’s been a member of the Mediware team since 2005. His primary role at Mediware is the product manager of the MediLinks rehab products. His focus is to ensure that the solutions provided to the market are solving the specific needs of rehabilitation services with special focus on product usability, user experience, and workflow for compliance and efficiency. Shawn has more than 15 years of clinical and management experience as an occupational therapist in the rehabilitation industry. His experience includes analysis of process and workflow to determine the best integration of care delivery for products in the acute and post-acute rehab markets. Prior to joining Mediware, Shawn began his career as an occupational therapist with the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He is a graduate of Gannon University.
National Association of Specialty Pharmacy
Sheila Arquette is the Executive Director of the National Association of Specialty Pharmacy. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Pharmacy. She has extensive practical and leadership experience in retail pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, long-term care consulting and dispensing, in addition to the managed care, PBM and specialty pharmacy space. She is a regular speaker and participant at national pharmacy conferences, roundtables and industry meetings.
Prior joining NASP in February 2017, Sheila was the Director of Pharmacy Services at Independent Health.
Sheila served on the NASP membership committee and as the co-chair of the Government Affairs Committee prior to assuming her role as Executive Director. She was elected to the NASP Board of Directors and received the NASP Distinguished Service Award in September 2016. She also is a long- standing member of AMCP.

Sue Carney, CPC, CPMA is the Manager of Client Services, Mediware Information Systems- Behavioral Health Solutions. Prior to joining Mediware, Sue was Chief Operating Officer for a revenue cycle management and consulting company. Sue also has experience in practice administration, clinical documentation improvement and coding audits, software development, and implementations. Sue is currently president of the North Carolina Medical Group Management Association - Wilmington Chapter. She has earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Management from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC.

Teresa is a Project Manager at Mediware, managing implementation projects for SAMS and Harmony for Waivers. Prior to working at Mediware, Teresa was an Analyst for the County of San Bernardino Department of Aging and Adult Services (DAAS), where she began her work with SAMS (Social Assistance Management System) and Human and Social Services. With 14 years of experience in Human and Social Services and 9 years in Information Technology, Teresa has a wide range of experience understanding HSS programs and is seasoned in customer service, training, and managing implementations. As a work-from-home employee, Teresa lives in rural Montana…just minutes from the Canadian border and enjoys quilting in her spare time.
Tina Ballard has more than 20 years of expertise working in the rehabilitation therapy field. Prior to joining Mediware, Tina worked at OhioHealth for 17 years; 15 of those in outpatient management. She earned her Physical Therapy degree and her Bachelor of Sports Science from Ohio University.

Dr. Tom Berlin presently serves practicing respiratory therapists and his community as the Director of Pulmonary & Respiratory Care for Florida Hospital Orlando. A Navy veteran with over 35 years of clinical and leadership experience, he is dedicated to advancing the profession through education and development of the individual practitioner, commitment to community service, research, and professional promotion and participation. Tom earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the University of Central Florida, where he served on the adjunct faculty for 19 years, and the Doctor of Health Science degree from Nova Southeastern University. He has served on several community non-profit boards, including a term as President of the American Lung Association of Central Florida. He presently serves on the AARC Benchmarking Committee, the Valencia College and Seminole State College Advisory Boards, the peer review board for the Respiratory Care journal, and the FSRC Board of Directors as director for Region 4. Tom has been a member of the AARC since 1983.
Tricia A. Twombly, BSN, RN, HCS-D, HCS-O, HCS-H, HCS-C, CHCE, COS-C, AHIMA Approved ICD-10 CM Certified Trainer and ICE Certified Credentialing Specialist brings over 30 years of home care experience to her role as the owner of Twombly and Associates LLC, a home health and hospice coding and consulting company. Tricia has served as Advising Editor for the Home Health Diagnosis Coding Manual, Technical Reviewer for the Diagnosis Coding Pro Journal, and Technical Editor for the BMSC on-line course libraries. She served on the CMS ICD-10-CM transition team and is the former CEO of the Board of Medical Specialty Coding and Compliance. Tricia continues to write numerous articles and white papers and is a nationally recognized speaker in the home health and hospice industry.

Troy Ward is the Director of Cardiopulmonary and Neurology at Midland Memorial Hospital. He’s been at Midland since 2003. His management career started in 1995 as evening shift supervisor at Odessa Regional Hospital. Prior to coming to MMH he was the manager of Respiratory Care at HealthSouth of Midland, TX for four years. Troy has worked in the field of Respiratory Care since 1992. Troy chairs the Midland College advisory committee for Respiratory Care. He is also a certified surveyor for the College of American Pathology (CAP).
Vester Gravley is a registered respiratory therapist (RRT). He brings with him more than 20 years of professional clinical and management experience in a multi-service respiratory care department where he served in the roles of Education Coordinator and System Administrator.
Virginia Littlepage has been a Clinical Consultant at Mediware for the past seven years. Before Mediware, she spent more than 16 years working in inpatient rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing units, long term acute care facilities and outpatient hospital settings, in clinical, supervisory and management roles. She received her Master of Science in Communication Disorders from the University of Oklahoma.
